When will my order be delivered?
Orders are roasted fresh and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 days Australia-wide. Express options available at checkout.
What if I want to change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch frequency at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is the coffee roasted to order?
Yes. Every subscription order is roasted fresh by Single O before being packed and dispatched. You receive coffee at peak freshness, not sitting in a warehouse.
Can I buy a one-off box without subscribing?
Yes — one-off boxes are $30. Subscribing saves you $3 per box and locks in free delivery every cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
